In the convenience and safety of your own surroundings, we can talk through any issues you may want to address. And you never have to leave your couch.

I have been a Licensed Psychologist for 27 years and have been in my own private practice in both Florida and Illinois. Previously in Chicago, I worked as a member of the Advocate Christ Hospital medical staff and as a Licensed Psychologist. It’s also where I did both my doctoral internship and residency.

Perhaps anxiety has taken control of your life including a sense of being overwhelmed, racing thoughts in your head and moments of extreme panic. Anxiety can also take the form of social anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and agoraphobia.
Generalized anxiety is the most common. Do you worry excessively, feel keyed up or on edge, experience fatigue, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, muscle tensions? You and I can work together to reduce and alleviate these symptoms.
